Hallo zusammen,

seit letzter Woche spinnt unsere Waschmaschine (Toplader)!

Wasser wird eingepumpt, die Waschmaschine überspringt jedoch nach und nach alle Programme und pumpt das Wasser wieder ab. Der "Waschgang" ist somit nach ca 2 Minuten beendet.

Das Sieb ist bereits gereinigt.

Kann es sein, dass die Elektronik spinnt? Gibt es sowas wie einen Soft- oder Hardreset um der Waschmaschine wieder auf die Beine zu helfen?

Wäre um jeden Tipp dankbar. Ansonsten muss ich leider in den sauren Apfel beißen und eine neue Maschine kaufen

Ist zwar schon etwas spät mit der Antwort war aber lange nicht im Forum.
Aber vieleicht auch für andere interessant.
Motorkohlen am Antriebsmotor wechseln behebt das Proplem.

Thank you very much Uhu! Great! We also had the same problem yesterday I googled for the solution and I found this forum and your answer. I directly removed the carbon brushes and bought new originals today. At this very moment the washing machine is operating smouth and easy without any noises the program in the correct way without hopping through the program steps.

To other washing eager ladies and gentlemen, for ordering the carbon brushes (Kohlebuerste) you need the following facts:

- Kohlebuerste 12,5x5x37mm mit Feder/Anschlußstück
- Original Siemens: 154740
- Kosten € 39,--

Be sure you clean the motor up (dry!) a bit with a little blowing. Place the new one with the diagonal surface fully contacting the collector. This way you won't have any noises when the motor will start running.
