40 VLE 6421 BL, no picture after software upgrade

the initial fault was that the tv turned on 1 time every 4 attempts
I downloaded the update KYGRMR.-.-.-.-.V07.052.00 and installed it
now the tv always turns on at the first attempt, but without a picture
I suppose it's necessary that I have to install the panel files, but I don't have them
can someone provide them to me? and explain how to install them?

Lighting works? There are no panel data, then you need a new mainboard. Maybe check the fuse on the Tcon. LG Thomas

backlight works
before the update the picture was present, but the tv was struggling to turn on
